A Busy New Year Ahead

Can you believe it, it’s the last month of the year and it’s seemingly gone by in a flash. Why is it that the older we get, the faster time seems to move?

We are in the last days of December scrambling to get the last few random test notifications out and hoping that we will receive them as quickly as possible. We know that the end of the year can be hectic for you all, but we hope that you are getting those random drug and breath alcohol tests completed before 2014 ends. We know with the Holidays and weather (thank goodness) getting to those collection sites may be a challenge, but with some planning and even calling ahead, you can expedite your collection.

Update Your Company Information – Once again make sure to get your list of active employees updated on a regular basis, you can view your list of active employees via our online access tools at aadrugtesting.com. Don’t hesitate to set up your online access to manage your account, pay invoices, view driver list, view random history and pay your renewal fees.

Consortium Data – This is required by DOT when they are conducting your Biannual Inspection and normally you need to request this along with your Annual and Semi-annual reports, this data will be available online for our clients to download. It is up and available every year around the beginning of February each year.

Semi-annual Reports – Are mailed out directly to you by the laboratories each year by the 3rd week of January and 3rd week of July. So when you receive them don’t throw them away, file them.
