New Additions/Changes to AADT Collection Sites

AADT will be expanding our collection site offering to include more than 1,600 specimen collection sites (patient service centers) located throughout the U.S. through our laboratory’s new owner, LabCorp. In total, we will have over 2,000 collection sites to choose from within the U.S.

The new LabCorp collection site network includes urine drug screen collections, which means no long waits in the lobby. LabCorp sites unfortunately do not offer breath alcohol testing at this time.

Visiting a Collection Site?

Our collection sites are strategically located throughout the U.S. to provide convenient access to specimen collection services. So make sure you bring the following information with you when visiting a collection site:

  1. The AADT/MedTox/LabCorp chain-of-custody form (CCF)
  2. AADT Passport (Form 111)
  3. a photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, State issued I.D. Card)

Note: If you run out of chain-of-custody forms (CCF) they are also housed at ALL our contracted sites.

Find a Collection Site for Specimen Collection – It’s All On-line

It’s now internet-easy to find one of our 2,000 collection sites (CS) near you or where your driver is. We are now offering an entire collection site database search function on both our AADT website front page or within the AADT Client Login site. Clients can search for a CS by drug test or drug and alcohol test, by state, city or zip, all by distance in miles. You can also print by page or the entire database list. All changes and additions to the CS database will be uploaded daily. In our efforts to move towards a paperless environment, we will no longer be providing the hard-copy list in the Compliance manual or Renewal package, it will only be provided in hard copy form if requested.
