AADT’s Program Enrollment Price to Increase $10/Yr

Dear Valued AADT Clients:

I think we all can agree that the economy hasn’t been as resilient as we all hoped; unfortunately due to cost increases in a number of areas, especially at the collection sites, our cost of goods sold has continued to increase over the last year. As a result of this, we regret to inform all of our clients that we are forced to raise our enrollment prices.

American Alliance Drug Testing (AADT) is committed to providing our clients with affordable pricing while still providing a high level of service and efficiency. In order to maintain the level of service that you have come to expect from us, we will be implementing our price increase on Program Enrollments.

There has been a growing concern by TPA’s like AADT over the drug testing industry vendor consolidations and labs business practices, especially LabCorp since purchasing Medtox. We are also seeing “startling” pricing increase trends within the collection site industry. In the 19 years AADT has operated; we have not experienced such radical increases in pricing associated with drug and breath/alcohol (BAT) collections.

We recently received another notice for price increases from US Healthworks (a major national collector and provider of DOT physicals) which now does 22% of our collections. In fact, US Healthworks has increased their pricing twice in the last two years showing a 167% increase in Drug testing costs and 83% increase in BAT testing costs.

We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to continue to provide you with the outstanding service you have come to expect from American Alliance Drug Testing (AADT). If you have any questions please contact your AADT customer service representative.

Respectfully,
Lee Brown – Executive Director
