Change is Good! Good Changes Are Even Better!

We have finally made it to June and so many changes have taken place over the last year with surprisingly, so few bumps in the road, so to speak. Since early 2011 we have implemented more new and exciting programs and productivity improvements than over the previous 15 years. One has to wonder what we were doing prior to this. All these changes have been both enlightening and rewarding for the staff and we believe more importantly, a benefit to our valuable clients. Here is just a short list of things we have implemented over the last two years and believe us, the changes are paying off.

• Paperless Office: We have modernized our office with new equipment to move away from paper files and piles. No more printing and filing of all the many documents those 5,000 clients could need at any one time. The staff can now push a button and see or send any document that use to be on a sheet of paper. We have eliminated 35-four drawer filing cabinets. It saves time and space for sure and the planet if you are inclined to feel green.
• Online Access: You can renew, pay an invoice, print a list of your drivers, get an email when enrollment has expired and manage your account with convenience and ease 24/7 through the internet and our website.
  Enrollment Period Changes: Your annual enrollment period is now based on your original date of enrollment with AADT rather than the calendar year. No more rushing during the holidays or when work (and funds are tightest) in December and January.
• AADT Company Consortium Agreement: These agreements will be automatically renewed each year as long as there is no break in enrollment for more than 30 days or any pool status changes. It will automatically renew each year. Truly a win-win scenario.
• PrePass (automatic vehicle identification): Now available at a monthly flat rate of $13.99 per device. It’s the lowest rate in the country and it includes a special seasonal rate if you are involved with seasonal trucking, only $4.99/mo. per truck not sent through a scale. Device must be turned off. Call for details.
• DOT Physicals: Now available through many of our collection sites which is noted on the collection site spreadsheet.
  Database Software Upgrades: We have also implemented at least two dozen database software changes to streamline just about everything we use to do in a very labor intensive manner.
• AADT is a Recognized Nonprofit (NP) Organization: Last year we received our official designation as a NP business with the state of California. We are bidding and winning more public agency drug testing business and designations like this are extremely helpful.

Set a reminder to yourself that if you do not see your renewal at least a month before your enrollment expires to call us. We can easily renew your account over the phone if all the proper documentation is on file.
